December 9th, 2012
The frost intensifies, we have now -9 to -10 degrees Celsius...
...from the early morning there are new clouds from the Northwest...
...and with them in the morning new snow is arriving after 7am:
Countless snowflakes and wind make the whole world completely white...
Some time there are blizzard-like conditions...
...nobody is outside and only a few cars are on the slippery roads...
The world is wrapped in snow...
After a few hours the snowfall weakens a bit...
Meanwhile in the studio: Arranging stuff on the new machine...
At noon: the white and wintry forest... with 8 cm of snow...
Still it snows a bit and it's windy...
...but the temperature is slowly rising above the freezing point...
...so in the afternoon the snow starts to melt again...
...the main roads are free of snow again...
...and the snow slowly merges into some rain and drizzle...
...meanwhile in the studio: Arranging further stuff...
Now into a wet and damp evening, sometimes with drizzle and with
melting snow... we have now 2 degrees above Zero...
